I recently bought a PS3 and it was working fine for a few weeks when all of a sudden the internet decided to stop working. This happened a few days ago, but right when I pressed play for the MAG beta it suddenly came back. Now it isn't working again and I've been searching for the past two and a half hours for a fix with no luck.

This is what I have tried to do to fix this:

1. Unplugged my Blue Tooth headset

2. Disabled Media Servers

I have a Motorola SB5101 Modem, Thanks for any help you can give.

I'm affraid i can't help you but i had this problem last year, i searched and found no answer, in the end i replaced my wireless router and it worked fine. Are you running your PS3 internet through a wireless connection?

So your PS3 wont sign into the PS Network? Have you tried an Internet Connection Test in Settings > Network Settings. Your internet works fine on a computer right?

I have tried that and it says that is failed to find my IP address and stops after that. The internet works fine because I'm using it right now, and my 360 works fine aswell. My internet is also wireless.

You could have a router that's getting ready to fail.
