Cant connect my PS3 at Skool

I just got a ps3 and i brought it to skool with me. I cant use the wifi for my ps3, even on the version of the wifi that doesn't have a password. Anybody have any ideas to connect to the internet at skool, so i can use the Playstation network?

like, high school school, or...college school? If its high school i have no idea...if youre at college, find an RA or someone on the inner ranks, theyll know what to do.
