Does this game have the essentials to become gold for the PS3, even though there isn't much controversial or any hype about it.

Possibly. I don't know I have no idea about the game except that it was a FPS. After I learned what it was I lost all interest in it(not a big fan and just sick of FPS games already).

i can see it getting a good review but the thought of all these good shooters coming out in november i think haze might get trampled... for example cod4 is coming out idk if it can go against that. but we will see

In my opinion, COD4 is very generic, and this game seems to have a nice twist to its story along with its gameplay. Although COD4 is probably going to get more sales, i think this game may be a little more.. well "bang for your buck" sort of thing.

But thats just me.

timesplitters and golden eye are some of my favourite console fps, i believe haze will continue free radicals track record

The article means gold as in finish so what they said is Haze is not finish but its still looking good.

It is true that CoD4 will sell more. However that is because it is launching on 3 consoles. HAZE will go on one console. So CoD4 will sell better.

My personal views... CoD4 is prolly gonna suck... I have YET to like one of these games.

Golden Eye was an AMAZING shooter. HAZE should keep their track record running.

BTW, did Free Radical make Perfect Dark?

As far as Haze is concerned although the game is slick and plays beautifully, they are still working furiously to give it some extra spit and polish.

I can't wait for this game!!!!!!!

I think it'll get delayed until 2008. :( THere hasn't been enough news coming out about the single player. It just doesn't seem like it's ready to release in the next 2 months. It hasn't even gone gold, I don't think. I really hope it comes out though. It could be great.
