Buying a game online help!!

So Im looking to buy battlefield 4 premium edition for ps4. I dont have a ps4 as of now but am getting one in 2 weeks. So heres my actual question. Could I buy battlefield 4 online on the psn store? Then when I get a ps4 I can log into the psn account and download it? And should I create a new account for my ps4? Or keep the same one, thanks!
