Bloodborne death spectres not loading for me

anyone else getting this? when I go to activate another players bloodstain spectre, nothing loads

it loads just fine in the hunters dream, but it doesnt load anywhere else

Same, no spectres on my game so far. I've seen a couple of people running around but I've yet to see any of the tombstones actually show the spectres death. Glitch for sure, I would certainly submit this as a bug report but I don't even know where you would do it.

I don't see them eigther 90% of the time. A few times I did get like a red ghost but most of the time nothing.

I've seen only a small handful, I remember Dark Souls not working too well when it first came out, so they may just need to do a server patch or something to fix it.

same they pop up for me about 40 percent of the time.
