BlazBlue vs King of Fighters XII

I'd reserved Blaz Blue at GameStop but after looking at King of Fighters XII that may change in the coming weeks. Very difficult to choose one of them if you like fighting games.:?

BlazBlue for me.

Besides looking absolutely GORGEOUS, the roster looks to be really balanced, with awesome gameplay (due to being just like Guilty Gear).

And then there's always Noel...

For me the characters in BlazBlue look more cool than the ones feature in King of Fighters XII.

I love Guilty Gear, but I find myself not being as excited for BlazBlue as I would've thought.

Having less characters can actually be a good thing. With less characters comes better movesets per character. Just look at the DBZ fighters especially tenkaichi series, it may have a lot of people but the movesets are slim. A good example would be the old DBZ butouden games. They only had 10 each game or so, but they had 8 moves per character. King of fighters might have 30 characters, but how many of those fighters will have unique moves and not just the standard down to toward button to do a projectile move.

I might not buy none of these on the first day, but if I had to choose, I most likely will go with KOF XII because it is a well known franchise that I love back in the days. I have no doubt though that BlazBlue will be a huge success.

4. gameplay so far looks nice and i know if u get some pros on thier to play it would look even better lol

I'm getting both have the Limited Edition of Blazeblue pre-ordered already. KOF XII won't be played too much but I can see Blazblue being my second favorite fighter this generation since I love Guilty Gear just not more then Street Fighter IV.

I;m going to get both games, but I have been waiting for Blazblue more.

i think there's only 12 or 15 characters in KOF XII as well, not sure about that might wana double check but i think i remember see'in the characterselection screen and there wasnt much, about same as sf4

yea i checked, i was way off. i think im going to go with KOF XII instead of blazblue, cause when i want to play a game like guilty gear, there's no substitute for guilty gear >.>

by the looks they both look great. but on a technical level, and skill / mindgames...KOF XII hands down ! so yeah kof for me !

also kof is way popular than sf in most countries just never got off in the us...and most us players never played it and claim sf is better...yuck...most of u guys never played garou, real bout or samurai shodown...anyway both kof xii and bb kick sf iv ass big time...that game is slow, noobish, same old crap, no guard breaker, tons of turtling AND RYU/KEN NOOOOOOOOOOOOOBS xD
