I never really like that picture. Look like snake is powering up like Dragon Balls or something. But overall, cool theme, just got it on my USB stick now.WongB

Opinion : the sound you used to be the "select sound" (the one that plays when you hit X on something) should be the sound that plays when you move with the arrows.

Well made theme in terms of visuals. The triangle sound effect is hard on the ears though. Reminds me of a fire drill.
Looks like an official pre-launch hype wallpaper.

I agree with everyone on this post. The only thing to keep in mind is to watch the lightness of the background. As we can't change the color of the font. If it's a white or too lightly colored background than we'll have problems with viewing the text. I'm sure you've already taken that into account. Much props though, man. Alright. Just loaded it up on the ol' PS3. Fantastically well done. I agree that the sounds should be shuffled around and the "Triangle" sound should be altogether banished. I had a GTAIV theme with an awesome rocket launcher pic, but whenever I pushed "X" it made this godawful gunshot sound. I never use it 'cuz of the sound even though I love the pic. I also don't like not having any sound. So, I don't use it with the sound turned off. Keep the sounds at the forefront of your mind as I'm sure you'll make some rockin' themes.

You could invert it yourself if you wanted lol

I havent put it up on my PS3 yet but I did put that pic as a wallpaper on the Ps3 and didnt like it that much, on the other hand I picture ROCKS!! it is my currnt laptop wallpaper and its just awsome and I cant stop looking at it.

I've never heard of a PS3 virus, and I've had mine for over a year now.

please stick to the true mgs sounds that we all know and love. your theme its awesome but those sounds on my 7.1 yamaha sistem are horrible the triangle sounds like a big f4rt xD anyway i hope i help you :) i will use your theme but whit no sound iori666

lol, I used 5 sounds in there and 4 of them are from MGS1:

1) Codec Open
2) Codec Over
3) Exit(when moving horizontally or vertically)
4) doorbuzz(The sound when you are not holding the correct card key in MGS1 to open the door)

I think you were reffering to the one when you press triangle for informations, that sound is the 5th and not from MGS! :D

I'm sorry but the theme won't work on your tv because I forgot to add an SD version :P but the sounds and icons will change! My next theme will be better I promise you!MGS fans just wait, you will be impressed.

Maybe use the default 'click' noise for your next theme when you move horizontally and vertically, and use codec open and codec close when you open and close folders? just a thought but hearing the exit noise can get a bit frustrating :PDante865

I have to admit something, on this thread I kept saying that my next theme would be way better than this one and that I was going to make the sounds much better and less annoying but I'm going to let you guys know that THAT theme that I am talking about was in the work way before the one I just released which took me a whole day to finish. When Kojima Productions released that wallpaper on the teaser site, I fell in love with it and decided to do a quick theme for it which I did. I didn't really take my time testing the sounds, although I did switch sounds that I thought were in the correct place, but the triangle one was the most annoying and I thought it would be fun to add it! Seriously, wait for my next theme, it's been in the work for quite some time now, and we're 2 working it.
