Are these issues normal?

In bioshock for PS3 I get some framerate drops and also when I kill a splicer they look choppy while they die,are these issues normal?

I've heard some games are havining issues with the new firmware 3.0 so that might be it. Sony seems to be looking into it

When I originally purchased Bioshock for the PS3, I couldn't get past the half-way point in the game without it freezing up and turning off. I even returned it for a different copy! So I would say that some of the Bioshock game copies might have issues.

Yeah, I've had that a bit, but nothing serious and it didn't cause me any problems. It was very minor.
