8GB and 16GB but the 16GB is really expensive so I doubt you'll want it.

Eh, I have enough money to buy a 16 GB...not doing anything else with it. Hell, I just put 50 in a Salvation Army bucket.

Thanks for the help. And is there a way to transfer everything from my 4GB to the larger one?

^ Im pretty sure you simply copy and paste everything to the other one. Or use Media Go, although I'm pretty sure it basically does the same thing

and through a PC of course

Use a pc to copy everything over. By the way, I am wondering, is there a monopoly on the 16 GB memory stick, or do some other companies make them too? Like some competing or better markets?

If you back up your files to Media Go, then you can re-dump them to the new stick from your computer (and back up your stuff in case of disaster which happened to me yesterday!)

So far, I am sure it is not sold in stores in Canada, and I can not find it on the web. So I am not sure if the 32 gb is real or a lie!

sorry, i cannot post the link because this site blocks the word "s-t-y-l-e". so just type in your address bar (without the dashes) "S-o-n-y-S-T-Y-L-E.com"

I would tell you try Ebay but DO NOT buy them memory sticks from HONG KONG or China it might be fake. Better to try Newegg or Pricewatch.com

Well in the UK I would say it is Sandisk, they seem to supply all SD cards/memory cards to most shops, but I dont think there is a solid monopoly for Memory Sticks as there is too much competition for a company to have a high enough market share.

Oh, because her ein canada, Sandisk seems to be the only name on psp memory sticks. Never saw another name no matter how hard I tried.

8gb and 16gb. You'll find them online. Ebay is hit and miss when you buy a memory card from there. Try Bestbuy.

And since 32GB Micro SD cards are coming out next year, this is a great investment for your PSP.

There's plenty more then 4gb. But you're gonna have to pay dearly and you gotta go to more extreme shops.

I've been using the PhotoFast CR-5400 with 2x8GB MicroSD cards (making 16GB for PSP) storage for over a year and it works flawlessly. Was a lot cheaper than a single 16GB Memory Stick Duo!

The Photofast CR-5400 is the best solution available. 32GB Micro SD cards are coming this year. That means you can now have up to 64 GB of space on your PSP.

Thanks this is very useful.

Also are there 32 GB memory Stick.

i am confused a bit

hitgro

Yes, but they cost you TWICE as much... I'd get a PhotoFast CR-5400 and two 16GB Micro SD cards... You can get all that for under 100$ While Sony's 32GB Pro Duo cost 200$. The PhotoFast set-up will run a bit faster than the Pro Duo since it puts the two Micro SD cards in a RAID configuration.
