Are Demons Souls boss fights similar to Slient HIll Homecoming boss fights?

I know Demons Souls is probably a lot more difficult than Silent Hill Homecoming. But are the boss fights similar? Because in Silent Hill Homecoming, the boss fights require some timing and technique.

I seriously doubt it, Demon's Souls is and RPG, not an action game.

They do require technique, I don't know about timing. I do know you have to study their moves though.
