And please don't say Assassin's Creed, that doesn't count; it's a poor excuse. Thanks for the replies.

Metal Gear Solid 4. Don't worry about playing the others. You will still enjoy it. To me the entire story as a whole is conveluted. But bad ass nonetheless. It's a 3rd person shooter btw. If you like sneaking up and killing guys, shooting them with tranquilizers and killing them afterwards, it's your kind of muthaf***ing game. It's like $10, seriously go get it if you haven't.

I actually bought the bundle when it came out with the PS3 buit never got a chance to play it, it was stolen. I will have to check it out. Thanks, I loved part 2 for the ps2. They need to hurry up with this Hitman sequel and make another Mahunt!
Splinter Cell games, and I think Chronicles of Riddick. I never played CoR, but my friend said it was decent.
As already said, Chronicles of Riddick which is very good.
I never played the Splinter Cell on the PS3 but I'd imagine it's probably as good as the ones before it.
MGS4 probably won't be overly interesting if you have yet to play the others since it seems to be heavily based on story and prior knowledge of past story. I tried playing it and was completely lost.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution can be played as a stealth game. The 4 boss battles basically take away the stealth but they're very short segments in a 30 or so hour game.
I had no idea Chronicles of Riddick was a stealth based game, huh!

Assault on Dark Athena (the new one) isn't, but Escape From Butcher Bay is. Both games are included on the disc and both are worth playing, but Escape is still the better of the two. It starts kind of slow, but then it gets better.

Thank you for the info, picking it up tomorrow! :D
Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
Splinter Cell / Metal Gear Solid HD collection.
And this year Hitman: Absolution is coming out.
It's too bad you never played 1. It's the 2nd best of the 4.4 is the only one I havent played. I just prefer 2. I never played 1. lol

Hitman: Absolution really doesn't seem like a Hitman game anymore. It looks like they are doing to that what Ubisoft did to Splinter Cell and turning it into an action game with stealth undertones. Don't get your hopes up.evil_angel74
I was afraid this would happen, and lets face it, they will add some shoddy multiplayer that will have someoriginal game modes like capture the red tie, or something.

lol get used to that, from what i've seen every new game has a bit of mp shoved in there to take away from the sp game atleast a little these days, its become practically manditory.[QUOTE="blueboxdoctor"]

Yeah, this is the one I came to suggest. It's one of my favorite stealth games and one that deserves a lot more credit that it gets. Even Dark Athena utilizes plenty of stealth, but it really is a change of pace.Deus Ex: Human Revolution is great when played as a stealth game.
Splinter Cell HD Collection
Hitman: Absolution should be out this year, and it looks superb.
Far Cry 2 can be played stealthily, but the sneaking has problems.
This ^ can't wait for AbsolutionDeus Ex: Human Revolution.

Thank you guys for the reply, I picked up COR: DA. I have not yet played it, but am looking forward to it on my days off.
Plus Assassins Creed is good for stealth. Not all the above are all stealth-based but they have optional stealth sequences.
