about downloading demos in the ps3 store?

Hey im srry if i sound like an idiot but i was wondering how u download free demos because i really wanna try out havenly sword.

What seems to be the problem?omegajek

well i get into the ps3 store, go into the free downloads section but i dont know how to start the downlaoding process once i find the hevenly sword demo...like i dont know what button to press and ive tried all of them

put the arrow on the HS demo icon, press X, press X again when you get to the description screen for the demo

and then press X again to download in the background
