had plus back when they were giving away a free month for PSN being down. I backed up a save in the cloud and i couldnt get it back a few days ago as i dont have plus. if i get plus will i be able to get it back?

Ah there you go, thats a good way to get people to buy more of plus, take there game saves.

sure its good if your system breaks, but you can always save on a thumb drive

True. i should of put it in a USB.

Using an USB severs the connection between the saves and your PSN account, ie. using that save to continue play will no longer contribute to earning trophies.
