A PS3 with lesser RAM! (need your opinion)

Iam not certain if there is a difference between the PAL and NTSC PS3,i heared that the NTSC got higher RAM than the PAL version is that true?do they have the same specifications or what.Iam concerned because i got a PAL PS3 and an NTSC Japanses

MotorStorm and there is some issues like a smudge or a fraction in the picture and i was wondering is it becuse the difference in specifications or the game itself got issues or is it becuse the NTSC games are not compatible with PAL PS3s? but they are region free so there must be no issues and all the games must work fine whether they are PAL or NTSC or is there something wrong with my PS3?

To my knowledge, the Japanese version of MotorStorm was thrown on the market not quite finished (no multi-player), that might be your problem.

As far as I'm aware the only difference was that the Emotion Engine wasn't included. Instead, they emulate it through software. Other than that, I think they're the same, yes?Teyon
