Here in Canada they have the Sony 8 GB MS Pro Duo memory sticks on sale at Futureshop for 119.99. The regular price was 199.99 but I think it went down to 149.99 and it is now even lower then that. I bought my PSP Slim yesterday when I saw the memory cards were on sale, so now I have one that I am very happy with. Got a few games, Wipe Out Pulse, Final Fantasy Tactics and Jeanne D'Arc. So far I have been happy with my purchase, especially with my DS collecting dust due to the lack of good games to keep me playing it, I have finished all the games I have for it and I have to wait for more good games to come out, so this will keep me busy for a while.

I have WipEout Pulse and FFT. I find Tactics to be very boring, going to sell/trade it eventually. Pulse is extremely fun though! I have Disgaea coming in the mail, and i'm currently enjoying Monster Hunter Freedom 2 =]

Enjoy your PSP and new games. I sold my DS Lite ages ago. Wasn't worth keeping in my opinion.

Cheers!

I have about 30 DS games, so to me it is worth keeping, especially with Ninja Gaiden on the way.

Each to his own I guess.

With a large library of games I could see why you would keep it. I myself only had like 4 games.

Funny I loved FFT but hated monster hunter...never understood the point of playing a game that has no story and no goal...

Still too much for an 8GB, but good lookin out.

Plus 8GB isn't even enough for me which is why I'm waiting for that 32GB next year :D

One of my friends said the 16 GB is coming out next month, but the retail price here in Canada will cost about 300 dollars. Even then, the 8 GB card was 200 dollars before Christmas time here, so I feel sorry for anyone who was willing to drop that kind of cash for a card instead of waiting. 32 GB's is insane though, those would be extremely expensive, I would be able to fit my entire music library on there and then some.

That's still way too much for a PSP memory stick. I remember when the 1GB first came out and it was about $200 and now you can by a 2GB stick for $50. I'll just wait for that price to go down before I go out and buy one since I'm not really needing a new stick right now.

It is only expensive because of the markup here in Canada, the US price is a fair bit cheaper. If you bought one online here, it would still cost the same price in the end assuming it is on sale.
