This was at 5:30 pm and in the cold NY weather. Just wait the next day or wait a little longer if you have to. It is just a video game.

I dont understand why CoD is so popular. I played CoD 4 and i really liked it but then when they changed several key things for MW2 i swore i would never buy it or another CoD and i havent.

The laws of nature just don't apply everytime a new CoD gets released... It's been like that for a while! :D

I think the thing i dont understand is that everyone knows that it's essentially the same game over and tons of people rag on it but then those same people that say they will never play it again are the ones that are standing in line right now lol.

I went to Panera Bread earlier for dinner and saw at least over 200 people standing in line outside of Gamestop. A friend from class was telling me about his experience standing in line for BF3 and didn't even compare to what I saw earlier.

I went in to my GS about an hour ago to pay off my copy of Skyrim while I was nearby(putting a Panera Bread by the GS is an act of genius)and there were already like thirty people there. That's not much compared to most places, but my town isn't a fraction of the size of say NYC and the store is tiny.

I pre-ordered it, and am happy waiting until the afternoon toget to play it. No game is worth waiting in horrible weather that early in the morning.

I think I'd prefer sleep. I went to one midnight launch for MGS4, but as soon as I got home I was just so tired I went to bed anyways.

I hit up Taco Bell after playing some pool last night and across the parking lot was a GameStop. There was about 80 or so people in line watching the game being played on a projected screen on the side of the building. This was all around 9:30 or so. Best part was all the angry mothers sitting in their idling cars waiting for their brats.
