The only game ive ever done that for (mgs 3 snake eater). I cant get into online games and play for hours.... so Resistance and Motorstorm is out of the question. And im struggling to like virtua fighter 5 because ive never liked fighting games.
i've gone like 17 hours straight and that was with ocarina of time i was sick ( cold) so i had nothing to do the most i've ever played a playstation game is like MGS3 the full game in 1 sitting it was like 12-14 hours or something just got hooked
16 hours isnt much. me friends and i over da summer have so much time that we have played games for 28 hours straight. we took alot of caffiene pills and red bull. but by myself it would be way to boring so max i can play is like 5 hours unless its a game like god of war.
When I got addicted to FF XI MMORPG it was regular fair for me to play for 16 hrs at a time. Longest stretch was for 27 hrs. Healthy? No. But it refelcted no lack of a life like most of you are gonna say.
The job I had was shift work, so many insomniac nights, and 7 days off in a row a month, and it is easy to get the hours clicking. In a 10 month stretch I ended up playing 2600 hours. Ya ouch....
But hey, how we spend out time is our business. In that time I met a gal, who is now my wife.
Yeah 16 hours was pretty common back when I played FFXI. It was only ever on the weekends of course, and when I didn't have anything already planned. WoW is another game to do that easily. Most I did with Resistance was 12hrs when the PS3 first launched.

Try 24 some odd hours straight, when SFII came out on the Super Nintendo. The cold thing was, I didn't own a Super Nintendo! I was on a vacation in South Lake Tahoe and couldn't believe that I hadn't slept in one whole day, lol.

My brother and I played side by side one day (PS2 and PC in the same room) for about 10 hours just fishing and talking. :lol: Oh in that case, both of my friends took turn playing 1 char, 24/7 for 3 days straight. Hm...how can you play WoW for 16 hours + I played it for like 6-7 hours straight and that's it, got bored after that. Took a break for like 2 hours and continue again.

We didn't take turns, we each had our own characters logged in standing next to each other, in-game, fishing. He was on the PS2 and I was on my PC. Here's the kicker. It was on a shared dial-up connection. :lol:
last saturday i played 13 hours straight age of empires 3:twc (multiplayer) some hl2 too.. ppl don't get it how good aoe3 is in net :D so gotten addicted to it.. 1½ years soon and still not getting bored to it  ANGLR FTW! can't wait to get ma ps3!

I'm kinda in the same boat, but my time is a LITTLE more flexible....not alot!!! lol Even when I do have alot of time, my max is about 5hrs. 16hrs is alot... jeez!!!

omg you guys need to get a life.... i love playing video games but man... with school study.. music i have little time to play and plus when i have time i go out with friends or play my guitar....the most i've played is 6 hours when the first silent hill came out and all the first residenti evil..and with the mgs series....the only other game that i spent more than 2 hours playing it a day is probably half-life2....

Do you know what you could've done out in the real world with 16 hours?!? Well...neither do I. I once played Guild Wars for 15 hours straight followed by 9 hours of sleep and another 8 hour session. I'm just glad I've never played WoW. Has anyone here ever played WoW with a diaper on for 2 days straight, or is that just one of those WoW obsessed nerd stereotypes (no offense)?

I can sleep 17 hours a day if i want haha, but i got **** to do... The last time i really hardcore gamed was in Grade 8 Socom2.. My school was losers and really didnt do much in the summer so i gamed it out haha
Lol. *shake's his head* i'm not sure how to describe this....playing for hours at a time like it's nothing...lol..sure wish i had that amount of time on my hands..
