My friend is selling me his copy of LAIR for $35 so im thinking about taking it off his hands. I know the game got bad reviews but I would like to try it for myself. Wat do u guys think?
no ive heard it is terrible. and that the flying controls are bad as well. $35 bucks towards another game like COD4 or NFS: PS is a much better thing to do.
dude the game isnt bad, the controlers anrent bad, it just take skills something many people dont have thats why they cryed so much, but dont get it....rent it and like the other guy said save youself 30 bucks, the game is good but it just isnt worth it to have it.... thats a one time beat game and thats it... it doenst inspire you to beat it again, i rented it out and beat it in 2 days ( cuz i had to go to sleep ) lol so take the advice...:D
Honestly, I think its one of those games where you either really like it or you really hate it. As for me I really like it. The controls are good, you just have to get use to them. Graphics are great...gameplay is nice and innovative. After awhile once you learn the controls you get more into the game. This game is easily an 8.5 or 9.0. Don't listen to the gamespot score, its one guy who plays a game. And not to mention they have something against PS.

I'll second that. I've played better games, but at the same time, I've played a good deal of games that were way worse. For me, personally, it was gameplay such as this that got me so stoked for "tilt-sensitive" controls in first place. The gameplay can get repititious, but I still couldn't pull myself away from it.

How do you have any place to judge a game if you have never even played it. Oh I heard it was bad from some guy over the internet... so that means it sucks.
My friend came over today and played my copy and he turnmed to me and said WTH this isn't worth a 4...stupid reviewers... We both think its 7.0 material and its decent fun. It isnt breathtaking but it's decent.
It's just plain boring IMO... the controls are ok... rent it, and save that money for to buy something with quality like ratchet and clank... pour money on companies that deserve it...
