They gave their account - they claimed they got the copies late and wanted to try the online performance post-release. Seems reasonable. The tone of the "Review in progress" is enthusiastic but somewhat disappointed, I feel like. I'm thinking somewhere in the 8s from them. Who knows. Truth be told, given it's got almost perfect scores from essentially every review site on the internet, it pretty much doesn't matter what IGN says: it's apparently a great Souls game... either you like Souls type games and this setting, or you don't - that's probably what is going to determine whether you love it or not.

There should be ZERO reviews for the game to this point. The real world online ecosystem is so important when reviewing a game like this and almost everyone just avoided it or said things that they have no idea are true or not.
IGN's review (and other places that waited) will be the best overall indication of the game's worth and score, these others are just glorified previews.
