Ugh wish I could play my Fallout 3 DLC's! They are so buggy and laggy it makes me not even want to play the game. But I am eager for New Vegas!

Just reinstall them (and the game itself if you're on the original). It's worked for me so far. In fact, it's been a lot better since..

I don't know exactly when it's coming out, but you can bet I'll be getting it day one for sure. Fallout 3 was awesome.
