I'm just curious if there is something more aside from playing ps3 from your psp through remote play. Like can I play psp games via ps3 (using ps3 controller). Also when I tested remote play I can't play DMC4 and UT3 via psp, whats the point of a remote play if you can't make the games work. Any help please...

Remote Play allows you to turn on your ps3 remotely using your psp from anywhere that has a wifi connection, and stream content via the internet to your psp. Any media that is on your ps3, such as audio or video files can be streamed, as well as ps1 games, and some psn games. Currently, you cannot stream ps3 games. And I don't know about ps2, for the versions that have ps2 BC.

It's obviously not possible to play PS2 and PS3 games via remote play, because the PSP doesn't have enough buttons!

I was rather disapointed that it only works one way so i still cant play any PS1 ports (valkyrie profile1 for example) directly on my big screen without "wasting" 30 bucks on a lousy cable. whats the point of build in wifi if it only works one way.

I don't really get the point of remote play if you can't play most of the ps3 games via psp. And I was even hoping that I could play psp games via ps3 :P. Remote play is a bit dissapointing, streaming videos and music from ps3 to psp... I'd rather save the files in my psp memory card.

So why can you play PS1 games... the controller hasn't changed same amount of buttons.

Because most PS1 games don't use the analog sticks and all shoulder buttons. How exactly would you control a game like Call of Duty 4 streamed to a PSP without 2 analog sticks?

Its very easy to link your PS3 with one or more PC's.

This means that i have over 300G of porn, 32 complete anime series and a megaton of music wherever there is wireless internet.

Remote play has provided a lot of use for me. Say your wife is watching American Idol and you can't stand it...but it's THURSDAY, and you need to download the newest demos and videos. Your wife certainly ain't gonna let you interrupt her TV time. Remote play to the rescue.

I don't know about anyone else, but playing Resident Evil 1 and 2, Final Fantasy 7, 8, and 9, among other PS1 games on your PSP is cool.

Also, when they start releasing the Blu-ray DVDs with the extra PSP version of the film it'll be awesome.
