USTREAM & Twitch error CE-35218-9

My Internet connection is perfect as always the router doesn't need adjusting.I'm getting pretty annoyed as 1 of the best features for the PS4 doesn't work now hopefully i'm not alone with this problem Sony should remove the feature in a future update.Any solutions to stop it?

I'm on Virgin Media. My wifi Link Speed is 65 sometimes 72 Mbps so it can't be my end.Sony should remove the feature as it rarely works now.Cheers anyway for your advice mate.

WIFI link speed has nothing to do with it, I can limit my router to 64k if I wanted and twitch would still work (albeit badly).

Try a friends house and see if the problem is there, if it streams fine, then its your end.
