I tried getting Street Fighter 4 for PS Plus, but the system said that there was an error and I could not download it. I can download all other things. Does anybody know what the issue is? Thanks.

Not sure what the issue is, but I had the same problem. I got an error code a few times trying to d'l it (didn't write down the code, sorry), but tried a few more times and it worked. Maybe try again?
