Safest place to buy US PSN cash cards online?

I'm in Europe and want to buy some American cash cards. Any safe recommended sites for this or should I just use Ebay? Will they email me the code or ship it off to me?

Hi you can buy from Ebay but most seem to be actual physical cards. I know that I've bought from two different persons that sent via e-mail but I can't find them on Ebay any longer. I believe one of them has a site named ecodes247.com. I've bought about 4~ cards from this guy I believe but he's not on on the Ebay ads any longer though. He probably has a username available on Ebay though. Anyway, you pay with paypal and you'll receive an e-mail within a few hours with the code. If you're scared, I suppose it's wise to buy the cheapest card available though!
