Q: Assassin's Creed Unity Co-op. Can you connect?

Hey, am I the only person unable to connect to a co-op mission in Unity? I go to start the mission, select "public" and I am sitting there for sometimes 10-15 minutes before I give up because it doesn't connect? Does anybody else have this problem?

Also on a similar note, if people are having that problem and want to do co-op my psn name is topher78714. Maybe private matches have more luck, and I'm willing to join up with people.

When I first got the game last week I couldn't connect. But since they released the patch it works fine now. Add me if you wanna do co op PSN:ITALIANMOB

How long does it take for you to normally connect, and when did they release the patch? I was on yesterday still with no luck after 8-15 minutes where I normally got fed up with waiting and disconnected.

Now it takes like less than 30 seconds. But before it would just say trying to find players but never connect. I think they released it on Friday. Not sure why its not working for you. Do you have your ps4 set it so it automatically downloade updates?

wow less than 30 seconds would be amazing! I believe I have it set to auto update because it just did it the other day for COD and the biding of isaac....plus I think the first patch downloaded no issue automatically for me. Is there any way that you know of to confirm that I have the most recent patch?

yeah at the main menu on the ps4 dashboard highlight the ac unity game then click options on the controller then click check update history. You should see two updates

Well I checked and have both updates. I also am able to play all of my other online games with zero issues, so it has to be something with this one. Does anybody else have any issues still with this even after having both patches?

I'm having the same issue actually. I have both patches but it still won't connect. I will try reinstalling them

Couldn't remove an update file like you could on the ps3. Ended up just uninstalling the whole game. Hoping this will work

@tymax98: Did uninstalling the game help at all? If so how could I keep all me single player progress if I do uninstall and reinstall? Having the same problem as you guys.

I got a question for you guys. Does it say trying to find players and doesn't connect?

Because It says that for me when its a 4 player match but when its only a 2 player match it connects within 30 seconds.

After I installed the update it worked fine. 30 seconds. Moved to a new location/network a week later for some reason it won't connect. Continues loading 30mins+. May be network related?

Same problem here. All the patches installed, connection on the PS4 is fine but whenever I'm invited into a game I get a "Connection Failed" message and when I try and invite I get stuck on the screen with the "Please Wait" message. Trying to just join co-op leaves me waiting with no end result. VERY FRUSTRATING .

Still no luck as of last night. I tried to uninstall the game and it is redownloading as we speak (I backed up my saves and such in the cloud). I've tried everything from private matches, public matches, 2 player, 4 player, not selecting a specific mission, selecting a specific mission, etc. with no luck. I also followed the instructions on their support forum and ensured that I don't have NAT3 when I test my internet connection, and still no luck.

How about after the latest patch released today?

Hey everyone, I used to be able to play co-op missions without any problems, it would connect really quick, but have been experiencing issues the last two days. It's looking for players but 10-15 minutes in & I still can't connect to a game. Anybody else having this problem or know how to resolve it?

@macaquinha19: yeah ive had it for the last two days aswell, it used to load within 30 seconds and it would be fine but now when i try i sit there for 5 mins or so and nothing happens have you had any luck connecting yet.

There is another patch tomorrow and i think this is going to fix the problem
