PSP Black screen of death?

my psp seems to have a "black screen of death".... i turn it on and it just goes to a black screen for a minute then shuts off.... how do i fix this?

Yeap definatly sounds like you bricked it, like the above reply said google it can be fixed but it will take some effort to do or finding the right person. Goodluck

Oh craaap! Thats bad. You will need to either pay £30 to get it fixed or get a new psp.

Next time use a pandoras battery.

Oh wait, just in case it's not bricked, hold the screen back light button when it's on. U never know

hi there...is there any possible solution when the psp turn into BLACK SCREEN OF DEATH?..my psp is 2006 model with TA088v3 mobo..4.01 OFW updated to 5.00OFW...this psp suddenly turn off after in standby mode..(sorry for my grammar)hehehehe..

Well your psp isn't bricked , because yo uhave OFW so it won't be bricked , as for your problem , it is kinda normal , don't worry .
