Well the title basically asks "old console from last gen vs new hd console with a future prospect" so... that could be the reason why he/she said Xbox One.
But seeing as how you meant 360, I'd go with the ps3 rather than the 360. Personally I liked the exclusives more.
Forget about the move, it's a peripheral you don't need, there are like 10 games for that thing and that's it. I would go PS3 because it's got a truckload of games right now still available. The X1 can wait, even a couple of years. I'm waiting on the X1 maybe a year from now when it has more games. Now X360 vs PS3, that's a hard one, which exclusives you'll think you wil like more ? PS3 exclusives I can mention God of War, Killzone, Gran Turismo, SCOCOM; X360 exclusives Halo tetralogy, Gears of War tetralogy, Forza. Me ? Oh well I have both systems.
Both if you can afford it. But if you select only one go with Playstation brand. Sony's consoles are the longest lifespan and strong support.
Since this is the Playstation section. Most will say get Playstation. As for motion controls I'm not a fan of those. So I cannot advise on which is ""better""
I did try Motion controlled gaming with the Wii and I did not like motion controls much. So MEH is my vote.
get a PS3...it will get games for at least the next two to three years...and I'm happy with my 500gb Super Slim model...so you can't go wrong with this...
