ps3 online/offline mode trophy sync query

In offline mode it shows more trophies than in online mode in my ps3. Whenever i sync trophies after signing in it sync only online mode trophies and in my online mode trophies are less than offline mode. What should i do so that all the trophies of online and offline mode trophies are being shown in my pc in trophy section.

Can it be because PSN is undergoing maintenance in my region

I'm not sure what you mean. In online mode, it can take a long time for all your trophies to load. Regardless of how you're viewing your trophies, your actual trophy count and everything won't change.

in simple words my offline trophies aren't getting synced, even when sync with server operation performed and hence not being shown in my psn account opened through pc. Can it be because psn is under maintenance.
