I had a few questions about this service and I know we don't know much yet, but on speed test it says I get around 5mbps, but when I'm actually downloading something it's only like 700kbps give or take. Will I still be able to stream games successfully? Also how much of the Internet will this service use up? I'm on a cap and get 100GB per month, so do you think it'll eat up a lot of my Internet when being streamed?

Thanks guys.

Depends on how much you play to be honest. You will be fine with a 5mb line. But it really depends on how much of it you will be using just for that

Yeah it will eat a lot of your cap if you stream a lot of games..

And that is really strange with your internet.. Sounds like it wouldn't work.. But you should be downloading at what you pay for.. If not you are getting ripped off by your internet company.

Nah I've already rang them up about it ages ago. I don't know if it's different here in Australia compared to the states but it depends how far away you live from the server, and I'm pretty far so that's why it's not at exactly 5mbps. They said you can get "up to 5mbps" but obviously I'm at a location where I can't get it's full potential, and It gets a lot of traffic where I live so that doesn't help.

Other than that I'm happy with my Internet and speed and it does me just fine, PlayStation Now isn't too big of a deal for me considering a lot of the big exclusives will probably re-release on the PS4. Hell, even Metro 2033 and Last Light are making their way on the PS4/XB1.

@BattleSpectre:

You do realise Australia isn't getting PSNow until 2015 right?

Only NA is getting it this year, all EU countries is mid-way through 2015 due to licensing and bandwidth concerns.
