Playstation TV works differently than advertised?

Playstation TV is Region Free and therefor I should be able to play games that are not available to me normally

I tried to find Chrono Trigger but I cant seem to find it on through playstation Store on PSTV How am I able to play certain game that others seem to can, while I can't?

yeah i think so, tbh i don't know how it works. But that should work

@The_Last_Ride: it works like that on console so it'll prolly work on pstv

unfortunately if you create another account on another continent's psn, you will not be able to play due to lag (~ 200 ms), most probably you will not get past the connection test screen... :(
