playstation tv/ps3 question

Can I use and play my ps3 and vita thru the playstation tv? or is it just used for the ps4 for link up and registering?

@chenzo22: not for PS3. You can do remote play for PS4, and you can use your Vita games (not remote play). Just do online save if you need to go back and forth between the 2 systems.
