So the game is 5$ on https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/en-us/games/playstation-all-stars-battle-royale/cid=UP9000-NPUA80316_00-PSABATROYL000001?utm_medium=referral&utm_source=pscom&utm_campaign=pscom-UP9000-NPUA80316_00-PSABATROYL000001&smcid=ps:playstation-all-stars-battle-royale:up9000-npua80316_00-psabatroyl000001:ps-playstation-plus for the ps3 version of the game. if I buy it from here do I get the cross buy vita version of the game? I'm only asking because I don't have a ps3.

Pretty sure you don't. It would say if it's a cross-buy game. I think only physical copies of the PS3 version allow you access to the Vita version, but then that's like a 1 time use thing I believe, so it'd have to be a new copy.
