So I bought a psp when I was living in Tokyo and it worked really well, but then one day when I tried to turn it on it just wouldn't respond. Most of the posts I see here say they could see a light but I see nothing at all. Nothing happens. Not when I try to charge it either... And no, I never updated my PSP so I have no idea how it would have gotten bricked, if that's the case.. Is there anything I can do?? I miss my little cute psp ;'(

The only thing I can think of is a battery change (if it's not a PSP Go). However, that's a bit of a gamble, and I'd recommend getting yourself a replacement unit.

If it doesn't work even when plugged in, then it can't be the battery. I think it might simply have died. It's uncommon, but it happens. :( Did you maybe leave it in hot or cold or something? Maybe you have siblings/children around you that could have dropped it?
