Kevin Butler supporting the Wii

lol I just saw a commercial for Bridgestone tires and former(?) spokesman for Sony PlayStation, Kevin Butler, was in it as well. Apparently Bridgestone is running a promotion where if you buy four tires you can get an American Express gift card or...a Wii game console! I just found it funny that Kevin Butler was in the commercial and so excited about the Wii (in the commercial he's playing Mario Kart and wins 1st place).

Anyone else see it?

lol he's a funny man isn't he? I think I saw him selling carpets on Twitter once. He's a comedic actor, he's simply working with which ever company he has a contract with at the moment. I haven't seen him do any Sony commercials recently so I'm assuming his contract with them expired and he moved on.mav_destroyer

He's an actor, your not going to turn down work invovling another console because you did a series of ads for the PS3.

yea he was funny, but i think the sony ads were running out of steam and it was about time that sony changed the ad campaign. i don't know why he was playing a wii in a bridgestone tire commercial though lol

An update: Sony Suing Bridgestone Over TV ads with Kevin B.

I feel bad for him. I just read on his wiki page that Sony is suing him. He's a fudging actor, actor's need work, I'm sure he didn't know he was going to be doing anything wrong when he agreed to the Bridgestone commercial. TonyDanzaFan

Does he in fact own the advertising company in question? I've never read anything to suggest such. Even if he does if he and his company have in fact violated their contract with Sony then it's his own fault.
