Is Borderlands 2 Vita worth buying now?

Hi there,

I've been looking at getting Borderlands 2 for the Vita however lots of sources are stating that there are a variety of issues with said game e.g. frame rate, audio delay e.t.c. What i'd like to know is if the patches that have been released by Iron Galaxy Studio from release to the present day have solved these issues or if they are still present. Any help would be greatly appreciated
