So i have done this many times of hooking up my ps3 to record with my elgato.So i always go to display settings but this time it went black and even if i turn it off and hold it tell 2 beeps it stays black please help :D

Is it a fat one? I had a fat ps3 that overheated and basically liquefied the solder between the chips and the mainboard just long enough to short something out. Mine did three rapid beeps though when it failed to turn on. This was the YLOD scenario.

Can't find much info on 2 beeps. If it's just a display issue holding the button should work. You press the button, get one beep, keep holding through the second beep, keep holding until you get 2 more rapid beeps. This should start it up with the lowest resolution. You could also try composite cables.
