How are the Playstation games on the PSP?

I don't have a PS3 yet and I was just curious about how the Playstation games play on the PSP. Like how are the load times, graphics and all of that junk.

They work great, no lag, original graphics, and load times are not long at all.

how many megs are the average game (ie: silent hill, metal gear if its out etc...)

there is no real average cuz the sizes vary wildy. 100mb to 550mb

Metal Gear is in two discs and each pbp file is over 400 megabytes. Hot Shots Golf 2 is only about 200 mb I think. I forgot how much Resident Evil was though (haven't played it much)

It feels so good to play MGS on my psp.. :)
