help in reinforcing in ys memories of celceta.

i am playing this game and before i want to start ng+ i want to reinforce my weapons and gears but i cant seem to find a smith that can reinforce weapons using beast and plat materials.

all smiths reinforce using regular material and i remember finding a place that reinforces using beast and plant but i cant seem to find him anywhere.

does any1 know the location of that smith

Was it at Selray? I can't remember either.

Have you tried checking the place with many Roos?
