Guilty Gear Xrd Sign european release?

Will this get a european release? and what about Dragon Quest Heroes? Europe seems to get shafted for the Niche Japanese titles.

One of the reasons i chose PS4 this gen was to play some of the quirky japenese games that dont come to the Xbox platform.
