Yes, the vita succeeded in being a true spiritual successor to the original psp. Software wise it still had a long journey to go. But it is not the technology making life cycles for these pieces of hardware longer, but the consumer. People are more and more at peace with what they already currently own. As a third person perspective, meaning i do not own a vita yet, but after my left over games I still need to finish I'll easily pick this up together with rayman, nfs, super star dust delta and assassins creed :D

i know disgaea aint multiplat but, i cant play a game as time consuming/grind heavy as that on a tv anymore, it needs a vita release like 3 did.

so when it gets boring, i can atleast watch tv at the same time.

other than that, defense grid, command and conquer, and others that escape me atm.

God no. I want exclusives, not watered down versions of games I can get on my PS3. This is one of the main reasons I don't own a Vita now. I mean really, how stupid would I look running out to buy a Vita to play games I can get on my PS3? So they can keep their useless multiplat games. Its because it is a PS3 lol don't compare a handheld into a console. There are games exclusive for Vita lol. And if you haven't owned a Vita please keep the thread peacefully. And Excuse me Sir but I just notice that you PS3 why waste your time and post a comment here on a PSP/VITA forums?

Socom 1 and 2 with online multiplayer. Dark and Demons souls. I could play these forever.

To be honest, even if I had a PS3, I would still enjoy the convenience of having a portable version. To each his own, I guess, but you can't call people stupid for wanting a portable version of a PS3 game.Granpire

Yeah it is more convenient to play everywhere using portable console like Vita, I also do have PS3 and I also don't want it to make it portable version too since I enjoy it playing on 32 inch screen than a portable screen

I'm not sure, but a lot of times I am playing PSN games and thinking "I really want a Vita version of this!"

Beat Hazard Ultra, Rock Band Blitz, any of the PixelJunk games, Costume Quest, now Okami. I just want portable versions of these games.

I'd like to see a game in this series too but maybe an exclusive rather than a lesser port (which it would likely be on the Vita because it is less powerful). I'd also like to see an Elder Scrolls game. I kinda doubt we'll see either though, unfortunately. Maybe they could port Morrowind or something.

Since I'm still waiting on the games I would like to see (mostly JRPG's and RPG in general) I would love to see good adventure game few good (J)Rpg's.

I had PSP for that reason and loved FF: Crisis Core for example. Once I see those type of games on PS Vita, I will gladly purchase it.

To be honest, I would love to play AC: Liberation but I'm willing to wait for better bundle. I'm in no rush. ;)

I want a Midnight Club game. Need for Speed: Most Wanted seems quite similar, but nobody makes 'em like Rockstar. Actually, anything by Rockstar would do. I think their support was the biggest reason for the PSP's western success.Granpire

So true, NFS stilldoesn't have car customization, before it is not NFS without car customization. Nowadays NFS Most Wanted is like Burnout that has a car destroy function. I hope they can bring back the car customization in NFS.

I would like Castlevania on PSvita. But that won't happen. So hopefully PSvita will become the home of RPG's. like PSP was.

The Idolm@ster I was really bummed out when it was announced for PSP and not Vita =[, Saying that I recom EX Troopers! would be good on the Vita. But if I could port PS2 games I'd have to say Star Ocean till the end of time and Ar Tonlico 1 and 2

It'd like Bowling 3D for the PSP to work on the Vita. It's a great little game and it's be nice to have on my Vita.

I'd also like Flatout for the PSP to work on the Vita.

More JRPG's to be localize lol many good games on PSP are from Japan I hope they localize games like Corpse Party Book of Shadow,Ryoufuu no Melt: Days in the Sanctuary,PW: Project Witch or new another sequel of YS, Wild Arms and Valhalla Knights

I think Super Meat Boy would be a great fit for a downloadable Vita game. The short, tricky levels really lend themselves to handheld play.

Seriously, every time I play a game on the Vita it is a smooth awesome time playing and ultra convenient, portable, and has instant standby with great battery saving.

It has issues, like save file management, battery life during gameplay, etc. but is still more enjoyable than any other system I have ever used.

Thinking about getting some sweet grips for it. :D

Also, new games are only $29.99 to $39.99 for it which is pretty sweet for the quality they are.

I do hope they make some retail releases of old game compilations like they did on PSP, or remasters, or remakes, or whatever.

The Vita is way way awesome and Sony has done an ABYSMAL job marketing it!!! :O

Sony did a great job on the PSP I hope they do it on Vita especially localization of JRPGs which hit on PSP in Japan until now.

I've been waiting for both of these to be Vita compatible. They are two of the only PSP games on PSN you cant play on Vita.

Sony might fix it soon for now they are focusing on Vita games.
