Ive just bought myself a 22in PC monitor to play my 360 on because i couldnt find a cheap HD, anyway. Is there a VGA cable on the market for the ps3. So i could also play it on the monitor rather than my small SDTV.

No, there isn't. To use a monitor you would need to pick yourself up a VGA box.

You have two other options. If your monitor is HDCP compatible you can get an HDMI to DVI cable and hook it up to your monitor. Otherwise you can get a component video cable for the PS3 and connect it to a component to VGA converter.

my 19 inch flat panel monitor is only vga and not hdcp. So the component to vga method will work correct?
