Talking about the older small model that came with the SOCOM game.

Is it compatible with the PS4?

if i remember correctly, the PS4 doesn't support bluetooth headsets at all so you would have to get a new headset like turtle beach or the sony pulse headset

@oflow: Currently there is no bluetooth support for the PS4. They said they would be doing a patch to add that in, but it's been what, a year already? But the PS4 comes with a mono-headset that plugs into your controller, and it's honestly not that bad. I've always found that the cheap ones are the best. There's always been something wrong, or 'odd' about the more expensive ones I've bought. Hell, I used the same socom headset you're talking about the entire time I've had it with no problems (other than losing the rubber piece that helps keep it in your ear lol).

This is true unfortunately. I really hope they do drop a patch.

The controller is blu-tooth, so i don't understand why they block all other blu-tooth stuff. Sony is doing us wrong in that aspect man.

The Gold Wireless headset is great for its $100 price tag. Great 7.1 virtual surround sound, long battery life and comfortable for long sessions.
