Buy Playstation Plus suscription on the PS Store?

I'm getting my new PS4 tomorrow. Right now I live outside the US. I was wondering if there's an option on the PS Store to buy the Playstation Plus suscription with a Credit Card? or I definitely have to buy one of those cards at my local store?

U can sign up straight thru ur ps4 with a cc

oh wait sony si having a deal tomorrow for ps+ on us.playstation.com for 29.99 and u can buy 2 cards.. might aswell get that
