I was just playing Fireteam Bravo 2 and thought about the Battlefield franchise. They should come out with a portable Battlefield game on the PSP. Any thoughts? :question:

That would be pretty sweet considering Battlefield is a great Multiplayer game. I wonder if the PSP could handle such a game, they would probably have a few Tanks, APC's, Jeeps/Buggys and "Maybe" one Chopper on each team IMO. The matches might not have a lot of people, maybe 6 or even 10 (if their lucky) on each team. Regardless of what kind of Battlefield game they make I would still get it. Would be nice if they at least tried but I know there won't be one. This is just my opinion.

a game like that may be enjoyable in its own right, but in the long run i think all it will do is upset me about the lack of a second stick..

If a decent and similar game like SW:Battlefront couldn't be made decent on psp I couldn't imagine Battefield working at all. On the other hand, I would love to be proven wrong.

yeah that game got scrapped really quickly, which sucks cause i was looking foward to it.

It didn't get scrapped or canceled, they're just keeping a tight lid on it, it's meant to come out this year, either end of this year or liek spring next year

Yeah, this has been around for over a year but nothing has happened. I haven't heard anything on a cancellation though.
