A town/fort building game

What kind of town building games is there? I don't mean like a City builder. Something more like Harvest Moon, Rune Factory, and Dark Cloud 2.

Also, is there any fort building and fort war games other than Lock's Quest?

AC isnt what youre looking for. All you do is pump money into upgrades their is no sort of skill or thought involved with it.
