well story wise, i think ffx is the saddest story out there. i mean the whole game was like a movie. and the end almost made me shed a tear. literally.
FFX and SotC are literally storybooks for gamers, with drama, tension and tragedy throughout. It's quite a satisfying feeling, really, once you complete them.
The game who make me cry was Xenosaga episode 3 Also sprach Zarathustra.That ending was soooo damn sad :cry:NARUTO1983

EDIT: Totally forgot FFX-2, the return of Tidus and the terrible "perfect ending". "Perfect ending" my ass! It really ruined the game. It's just bad. Really, seeing the ending with my own eyes was something I'll never forget. Why did Tidus have to return? The ending in FFX was great. The "perfect ending" in FFX-2 really ruined it. Really, the ending in FFX was sad but the "perfect ending" just made me cry. And those weren't tears of joy.
shadow of the collosus and ffx. they didnt make me cry though but w/e also in gow2 this isnt really sad it kinda made me mad SPOILERS when kratos finds out that zeus destroyed Sparta and hes all pissed and the spartan warrior dies got me mad and then on top of that the kraken came up that was pretty sweet. END SPOILERS
FFX was the only game that made me really emotional in the end... possibly because i loved the characters and the ending music is just sooooOOOoooOOO SADDDDD !!! :cry:
