Sniper elite, took me 50+ hours to beat, only because you have to be so patient to pass the missions and stealthy. I am currently playing FFX and that will beat it as i am at 60 hours game time playing now.

Yeh Sniper Elite was brutal, I didn't finish it to be honest, but a decent game nonetheless. Final Fantasy 8 on PS1probably sits atop the longest to complete ladder 4 me.
FF8 was the longest for me. Took me months to do that game. But thats because I enjoyed it so much I just kept levelling characters, playing the card game, and just running around looking for secret places. Really cool game and one I enjoy replaying over and over.
I put just over 90 hours into final fantasy 12 and theres still a few monsters to kill and some random sidequests. GTA san andreas took me about 50 hours and I didnt really complete everything. Resident Evil 4 took me about 60 hours cuz i wanted to get the tommy gun and infinite rocket launcher.
I'm up to 156 hours in Final Fantasy X.... and there are still a few Coliseum bosses I can't beat! I've got everything else though : weapons, armours, spells, full sphere grid, all (other) side quests,... the works!
