Since I don't have GTA: San Andreas, i'm gonna go with Ratchet and Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal. That game just had a lot more to offer than the first two and Deadlocked did.
Well when i sold my PS2 in 2007 i had about 15 games and my fave out of all of them had to be Tomb Raider: Legend one of the best aventure accion games on the ps2! and seconf would be FIFA 07 and then Forumla 1 06
Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Leacy. My first game on PS2. Man, I just remember spending hours playing this game. Loved the landscapes, design style and characters. Next comes GTA Vice City because it was my first GTA game and I was always going "whoa, you can do that here?". Lastly is Kingdom Hearts. Although I'm not a fan right now, I can't deny it was a great game with a story that sucked me in.
My most favorite of all? The one and only...Grand Theft Auto III my 2nd is The Godfather, I wish they put all of the movies into it, but it didn't give much.
I would have to choose Metal Gear Solid 2. The 1st time I experienced playing a game like this and I totally loved it, MGS2 was well presented and the story was top noch. Sometimes I would just stare at the game and marvel in it's beauty, still to this day MGS2 impresses me far more then any other title released afterwards.
well it's tough but I'm going to say Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (or Subsistence). best PS2 Graphics, Best Controls, Best Story, Best Sound, and best cast...and I own over 150 PS2 games.

Disgaea 1-2. If you include ps1 games.... I'd probably have to go with X-com UFO Defense. Its kind of broken, and kind of difficult even on easy but god damn I love that game. It has made me laugh, it has made me cry, it has made me happy! And im so freaking pissed off at the guys who made it constantly changing platforms with each new title in the series.
