3 games in 1 :D and it's only 20 bucks (or so I've read), Only for nostalgy fans I guess. No combos implemented and the same ugly graphics from 15 years ago was a bit of a letdown, to me at least.

It's $15 at Amazon.
Still, I think that game is only worth getting for people who are hardcore about fighting games. For causal players and/or players who are just getting into fighting games, the ones on my list above would be better.
