I highly doubt your video card will handle most good looking PC games. Most games that look halfway decent require a 6200-6800 card and your card is worse than even a 6200.

Even if it does handle it at LOW, not worth playing at LOW.... Think of it like this: Would you rather watch some big blockbuster movie (like Armageddon, Independence Day etc) at the cinema on a HUGE IMAX Screen....or on a 14 inch Black and White TV....ur choice...

It can handle old generation of games easily. I think most pre Doom 3 games should work fine, but anything beyond that is going to be a problem. So if you are looking play games like Age of Empires, Deus Ex, Commandos and so on, then you are fine.

Many games, but only at very low settings.
